8 Incumbents are defeated
June 11, 2008
The highest number of incumbents were defeated last night than ever in our current history. In 2006 only 1 incumbent went down in defeat in a primary. Last night 8 incumbents lost. Here are the people who lost. Study each race carefully for those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

This is not necessarily a good thing. People in SC are dumb.

This is awesome news . . . I hope the Republicrats in the House and Senate get the message the voters will hold them accountable for their actions or lack thereof. For example . . . it’s insane the majority overides a veto to send $$ to the Hunley project but neither demand nor receive ANY accountability for how those funds are used . . . there is a special place in “H. E. double hockey sticks” for people that enrich themselves on the backs of dead soldiers and sailors.

Too bad all the incumbents weren’t defeated. Hopefully those incumbents in run-offs will be defeated as well!
