I am sure you might have seen the link on SCHotline.com to the new website, but what you might have noticed are the ads especially the cows in the ads. According to Commissioner Hugh Weathers that is the same cow from his farm in Bowman, SC that was seen in his campaign ads for Ag Commissioner. This cow is going to be a star and she got her start right here in a little town of Bowman, SC.
