The following signs have been posted in the City of Aiken, SC which state: “Adopt an Aiken Parkway - SRS Gay Lesbian or BI Employees”

The implied message of the “SRS” is unknown. However, the Savannah River Site, a n*clear production facility, is located in AIken County and uses that abbreviation.

To date, no profit or nonprofit organization has been listed on the SC Secretary of State website to identify the organization that claims itself to be caretakers of the highways.

Also, several of these signs are located across the steet from elementary church schools.

Yep, and the blue sign above the city list the mandated Character Traits all citizens shall possess.

This is truly a city of characters.
